Installieren des Drehzahlgebers

01. Drehzahlgeber mit Einschraubgewinde
ACHTUNG! für Panda 8000 und Panda 9000 wird der Dreh-
zahlgeber in axialer Richtung eingeschraubt.

Die Meßspitze des Sensors muß 0,3 bis 0,8mm über den Zahnspitzen
des Zahnkranzes stehen (siehe Zeichnung). Um diese Einstellung zu
erzielen, muß die Meßspitze auf der Mitte eines Zahnes zentriert werden.
Danach erfolgt das vorsichtige Einschrauben des Drehzahlgebers, bis
er die Zahnspitze berührt (ACHTUNG! Nicht in das Zahntal einschrau-
ben). Im Anschluß daran wird die Schraube eine halbe Umdrehung
zurückgedreht (ca. 0,3 bis 0,8mm) und mit der Kontermutter fixiert.

01. Speed sensor on threaded seat
ATTENTION! For Panda 800 and Panda 9000 the speed
sensor has to be mounted in axial direction.

The speed sensor tip must have between 0.3 to 0.8mm of clearance (air
gap) from the gear tooth tips. In order to achieve this clearance: the speed
sensor tip should be aligned with the tip of a gear tooth and screwed in
until it is touching the tooth. The peed sensor is then carefully screwed
in until is touches the tip of the tooth. (CAUTION! Ensure that when
inserting the sensor, that the sensor tip is not screwed in to the root of
a gear tooth!) The screw is subsequently turned anti-clockwise by half
a turn (approx 0.3 to 0.8mm) and held firm by a counter nut.
