Ölkreislauf und Versorgung
Ein Nebenstromfeinfilter bewirkt eine Ausdehnung der Ölwechsel-
intervalle auf das ca. 5-fache (es genügt in dieser Zeit die Filterpatronen
ein- bis zweimal zu wechseln). Dieses System spart Öl und ist dement-
sprechend auch umweltschonend. Die Anlage entbindet allerdings nicht
von einer regelmäßigen Überprüfung des Ölstandes. Der Hauptstrom-
ölfilter muß nur noch maximal einmal jährlich gewechselt zu werden.
Das System besteht aus:
- Anschlußstück mit Schlauch für den Öldruckanschluß
- Anschlußstück für die Druckseite zum Filtergehäuse
- Ringstücke und Hohlschrauben für Gehäuseanschluß
- Filtergehäuse einschließlich zwei Feinfilter
- Öldruckleitung, Nennweite: 6mm
- Rücklaufleitung, Nennweite: 12mm
- T-Stück für Anschluß an Ölablaßstutzen mit Schlauchstellen
Wichtiger Hinweis:
Beim Betrieb des externen Nebenstromölfilters sollte ein Ölthermometer
in der Druckleitung zum Filter installiert werden, für eine Öltemperatur-
bzw. Filterfunktionskontrolle.
Nebenstromfeinfilter mit externem Zusatztank und Niveau-
regulierung
Durch die Montage eines zusätzlichen Öltanks in Verbindung mit einer
Niveauregulierung läßt sich die Betriebssicherheit und die Wartungs-
intervalle noch weiter vergrößern. Die Niveauregelung paßt den aktuellen
Ölstand immer dem Optimum an, und garantiert somit große In-
spektionsintervalle und hohe Betriebssicherheit.

Oil Filter and Oil Supply System
A partial flow filter means that the intervals between oil changes is
increased by approx 5 times (it is sufficient during this period to replace
the filter cartridges once or twice). This system saves oil and is also
environmentally friendly. The system, however, does not release you
from regularly checking the state of the oil. The main oil filter needs only
to be replaced once a year at the maximum.
The System consists of:
- Brass connecting piece with hose for the oil pressure connection
- Connecting piece for the pressure side of the filter casing
- Ring pieces and banjo bolts for the casing
- Filter casing including two fine filters
- Oil pressure pipe, nominal width: 6mm
- Return pipe, nominal width: 12mm
- T-piece for connection to oil drainage nozzles with three hose
positions
Important Instruction:
A oil thermometer should be inserted in the pressure pipe to the filter
whilst the external partial flow filter is in operation, in order to be able to
monitor the filter functions via the oil temperature.
Partial Flow Fine Filter with External Additional Tank and Level
Regulation
The operating safety is further improved and the servicing intervals are
further extended by fitting an additional oil tank in combination with a level
regulator. The level regulator always adjusts to the actual optimum oil
level and thereby ensures llonger inspection intervals.
