Mögliche Störungen im Bererich der Drehzahlverstellung
"VCS"
1. Spindel des Stellmotors klemmt.
Mögliche Ursache:
a) Nicht regelmässig gefettet.
b) Oberfläche mechanisch beschädigt.
c) Stellmotor ist defekt (evtl. Wicklungsschluss)
d) VCS Steuerung defekt.
e ) Signal AC 230V fehlt.
f ) Begrenzungsmutter klemmt die Spindel fest.
2. Sicherung auf der Hauptplatine der VCS Steuerung durch gebrannt.
Mögliche Ursache:
- andauernde Überlastung des Generators.
Schritte zur Überprüfung der Spannungsregelung bei Vorlie-
gen einer Störung:
1. Alle elektrischen Verbraucher abschalten.
2. Stecker am Stellmotor abziehen.
3. Stellmotor mit der Hand druchdrehen um zu überprüfen, ob die Stell-
mutter evtl. an den Begrenzungsanschlägen festgeklemmt ist.
4. Stellmotor mit der Hand druchdrehen um zu überprüfen, ob die Stell-
mutter auf der Spindel einwandfrei läuft.
Wenn die obigen Tests keinen Befund ergeben haben, kann man davon
ausgehen, das der Stellantrieb mechanisch einwandfrei arbeitet. Da-
nach müssen die elektrischen Baugruppen überprüft werden:
1. Stecker wieder verbinden.
2. Generator starten.
3. Stellmotor mit der Hand bewegen und prüfen, ob die Spindel durch
den Motor zurückbewegt wird.
4. Wenn der Motor sich gegen die von Hand ausgeführten Drehungen
kräftig bewegt (man kann den Motor normalerweise nicht mit den
Fingern festhalten), kann man davon ausgehen, das der Antrieb
einwandfrei arbeitet. Wenn trotzdem Fehler in der Spannungsrege-
lung vorliegen, muss man davon ausgehen, das in der Steuerung
(VCS) ein Fehler vorliegt.
Falls der Stellmotor sich nicht bewegt sind folgende
Massnahmen notwendig:
1. Wenn der Motor sich nicht kräftig sondern nur schwach dreht:
a) Stellmotor hat Wicklungsschluss und muss ausgetauscht wer-
den. (In Zukunft darauf achten, dass der Generator nicht mehr
überlastet wird.)
2. Wenn der Stellmotor sich nicht bewegt die Spindel aber von Hand
durchgedreht werden kann:
a) Am Stellmotor den Stecker abziehen und provisorisch von einer
externen Spannungsquelle 12V-DC Spannung anlegen. Wenn
sich der Stellmotor mit der externen Spannungsquelle ebenfalls
nicht dreht, ist der Motor defekt. Motor tauschen.

Possible disturbances in the area of the rev regulation "VCS"
1. The spindle of the servo-motor jams.
Possible cause:
a) not regularly lubricated.
b) surface is mechanical damaged.
c) servo-motor is defect.
d) defect of the VCS control (short of the winding).
e ) signal 230V AC missing.
f ) limiting nut jams the spindle.
2. Fuse on the printed circuit board of the VCS control is melted.
Possible cause:
- constant overload of the generator.
Steps to check the voltage control by a disturbance:
1. Switch off all electrical consumers.
2. Disconnect the plug of the servo-motor.
3. Turn the servo-motor manually to check if the adjusting nut is jamed
to the keystroke pionts.
4. Turn the servo-motor manually to check if the adjusting nut on the
spindel runs faultless.
If there is no result by these steps the servo-motor is working
mechanically correct. After this the electrical components must be
checked:
1. Connect the plug of the servo-motor.
2. Start the generator.
3. Turn the servo-motor by hand and check if the spindle turns back
by the motor.
4. If the motor react on the turn by manual strongly (the motor can
normally hold with the fingers) the drive will be working faultless.
If there are nevertheless faults in the voltage control there is a fault
in the control VCS.
If the servo-motor is not moving the following points are
necessary:
1. The motor turns not strongly rather weak:
a) The servo-motor has shorts in the winding and must be
changed. (pay attention that the generator is not overloaded
anymore.)
2. The servo-motor does not move but the spindle can be turned
manually:
a) Disconnect the plug of the servo-motor. Connect provisional
an external voltage source 12V-DC to the motor. Does the
servo-motor also not turns with the external voltage source
the motor is defect. Change the servo-motor.
