• Position the reversible metal tray in the most appropriate direction according to the food to be
cooked (Fig.4).
• Arrange the food on the tray.
• Now close the lid again, carefully fastening the cover on the steam pipe behind the appliance
(Fig.5).
N.B. : make sure that the lid is securely attached to the duct to prevent loss of steam.
b. Use in "Pre-set cook" mode

• Turn the dial to run through the food categories on the display.
• When the desired category flashes, press the dial once to confirm the choice. The chosen category is
displayed alone and the time indicator flashes.

cooking.
Warning: Never touch any parts that may be hot during cooking, such as the lid, tray or appliance
base.

Manual mode enables cooking time to be adjusted directly or cooking to be started without a timer.
To select cooking time directly:
• Use the dial to select manual mode on the display.
• Select the desired cooking time by turning the dial, and then press

d. Use in "keep hot" mode
To keep food hot:
