Vorbereitung des Fiberskopes

VorsicHt: Die Gebrauchsanweisungen
der verwendeten Versorgungsgeräte sind zu
beachten.
Schalten Sie die entsprechenden Versorgungs-
geräte ein.
Das DCI -Fiberskop bis zum Einrasten in den DCI
®
Kamerakopf einschieben.
Das Lichtkabel (Art.-Nr.: 495 DV) bis zum An schlag
in den DCI Kamerakopf einstecken.

der verwendeten Versorgungsgeräte
sind zu beachten.
Lichtkabel und Videosignalleitung an dafür vorgese-
hene Versorgungsgeräte anschließen.

10.2 Steuerung der distalen Spitze

Die Auf-/Ab-Bewegung der distalen Spitze
des Fiberskopes kann am Bedienelement  ge-
steuert werden: gleichmäßig langsam bewegen.
Einige Fiberskope besitzen
• kontrapositive Lenkrichtung (Urologie);
• einen Lock-Mechanismus  zur Fixierung der
Fiberskopspitze (Gynäkologie).
Modelle mit Lock-Mechanismus :
zur Fixierung des Abwinkelzustandes des distalen
Endes drehen Sie den Lock-Mechanismus  lang-
sam nach distal, bis ein Widerstand fühlbar ist.
VorsicHt: Weiteres Bewegen des Lock
mechanismus  unter Kraftanwendung in
dieselbe Richtung könnte den Lock
mechanismus  beschädigen.

caution: The instruction manuals of the
supply units used must be observed.
Switch on the respective supply units.
- Insert the DCI fiberscope into the DCI
® ®
head until it locks into place.
Insert the light cable (Art. no. 495 DV) into the DCI
camera head as far as it will go.

Connect the light cable and the video signal cable
up to the appropriate supply units.

10.2 Controlling the distal tip

The up/down movement of the distal tip on the
fiberscope can be adjusted at the control : move
smoothly and slowly.
Some fiberscopes have:
• contrapositive deflection direction (urology);
• a locking mechanism  for securing the
fiberscope tip (gynecology).
Models with locking mechanism :
To secure the deflection postition of the distal tip,
turn the locking mechanism  slowly to distal until
resistance can be felt.
caution: Forcing the locking mecha-
nism  further in the same direction may
damage the locking mechanism .

Conecte el cable de luz y el cable de señal de vídeo
a los aparatos de alimentación previstos al efecto.

10.2 Mando de la punta distal

El movimiento de subir/bajar de la punta distal
puede controlarse con el elemento de mando :
moverlo de forma pareja y lenta.
Algunos fibroscopios poseen:
• orientación contrapositiva (urología)
• un mecanismo de cierre  para fijación de la
punta del endoscopio (ginecología).
Modelos con mecanismo de cierre :
para fijar la posición angulada del extremo distal,
gire el mecanismo de cierre  lentamente hacia
distal, hasta percibir una resistencia.
adVertencia: Si se continúa moviendo
el mecanismo de cierre  en la misma
dirección aplicando fuerza, dicho mecanis-
mo  podría resultar deteriorado.
