Maschinelle Aufbereitung
Zur maschinellen Aufbereitung den grünen
Rei nigungs-Adapter (Art.-Nr. 11301 CD) zur
Auf bereitung des Saug-/Spülkanales in Reini-
gungsmaschinen an einen Aufbereitungs schlauch
anschließen und auf den Ventilstutzen aufset-
zen. Zur Aufbereitung in ETD2/ETD3-Automaten
verwenden Sie den Reinigungsadapter (Art.-Nr.
11301 GG2, siehe Seite 8). Zur Reinigung in
ETD3-Automaten verwenden Sie außerdem den
speziellen Verbindungsadapter (Art.-Nr. 11301 KK2,
siehe Seite V). Bei Fiberskopen mit Arbeitskanal
ohne Absaugventil den Schlauch des RDA-Gerätes
am Arbeitskanal anschließen. Um Druckverluste
im RDA zu vermeiden verschließen Sie nicht ver-
wendete Anschlüsse mit dem LUER-Verschluss
(Art.-Nr. 6011590).

Das Fiberskop sorgfältig in den Korb der Ma schine
legen. Spülschläuche an die Kanäle ad aptieren.
Endoskop-Reinigungs- und Desinfekti onsprogramm
nach den Vorschriften des Maschinenherstellers
benutzen.
VorsicHt: Nach dem Programmablauf
sind die Fiberskope (einschließlich aller
Adapter, außer 11301 CD) auf Grund der

Nach Ablauf eines Programms die Fiberskope mög-
lichst sofort aus der Maschine nehmen.
Anschließend optische Flächen gegebenenfalls
mit einem Wattestäbchen, getränkt mit 70%igem
Alkohol, nachtrocknen.
Hinweis: Ist laut Risikoklassifizierung und ggf.
nach dem Infektionsschutzgesetz keine Sterilisati-
on von flexiblen Fiberskopen erforderlich, ist eine
hängende , staubgeschützte Lagerung (distales
Ende nach unten) unbedingt erforderlich, damit
die evtl. verbleibende Restfeuchte in den Kanälen
abtrocknen kann.
Hinweis: Bei flexiblen Fiberskopen ohne Kanäle
ist eine hängende Lagerung nicht zwingend erfor-
derlich.
Machine preparation
For machine preparation, attach the green cleaning
adapter (Art. no. 11301 CD) for the preparation of
suction and irrigation channels in cleaning machines
to a preparation tube and position on the valve
connections. Use the cleaning adapter (Art. no.
11301 GG2, see page 8) for preparation in ETD2/
ETD3 machines. In addition, use the special con-
necting adapter (Art. no. 11301 KK2, see page V)
for cleaning in ETD3 machines. For fiberscopes with
a working channel without a suction valve, connect
the tube of the washer and disinfector up to the
working channel . To avoid pressure losses in the
washer and disinfector, lock unused connections
with the LUER lock (Art. no. 6011590).
warning: Please observe the instruction
manual of the washer and disinfector.
Lay the fiberscope carefully in the tray of the ma-
chine. Connect the rinsing tubes to the channels.
Proceed with the endoscope cleaning and disinfec-
tion program according to the regulations of the
machine manufacturer.
caution: After the program has finished,
the fiberscopes (including all adapters
except 11301 CD) are highly susceptible to
corrosion due to the ambient conditions in
the preparation machine.
Remove the fiberscopes from the machine as soon
as possible after the program has finished.
Then dry the optical surfaces with a cotton-tipped
applicator soaked in 70% alcohol.
note: If, according to the high risk classification
and/or the Infection Protection Act, sterilization of
flexible fiberscopes is not required, the instruments
should be stored safely in a hanging position free
from dust (distal tip pointing down), so that any
remaining moisture in the channels can drain out.
note: For flexible fiberscopes without channels, a
hanging storage position is not essential.
Preparación mecánica
Para la preparación mecánica, conecte a un tubo
flexible de preparación el adaptador verde de lim-
pieza (nº de art. 11301 CD) para la preparación de
los canales de succión/irrigación en máquinas de
limpieza y móntelo sobre los pitones de la válvula.
Para la preparación en máquinas automáticas
ETD2/ETD3 utilice el adaptador de limpieza (nº de
art. 11301 GG2, véase pág. 8). Para la limpieza
en máquinas automáticas ETD3 utilice además el
adaptador especial de conexión (nº de art. 11301
GG2, véase pág. V). En el caso de fibroscopios con
canal de trabajo sin válvula de succión, conecte el
tubo flexible de la máquina de limpieza y desin-
fección al canal de trabajo . Con el fin de evitar
pérdidas de presión en la máquina de limpieza y
desinfección cierre las conexiones no utilizadas con
el cierre LUER (nº de art. 6011590).
cuidado: Observe el Manual de ins-
trucciones de la máquina de limpieza y
desinfección.
Deposite el fibroscopio cuidadosamente en
el cesto de la máquina. Adapte los tubos flexibles
de enjuague a los canales. Utilice el programa de
limpieza y desinfección del endoscopio conforme a
las indicaciones del fabricante de la máquina.
adVertencia: Después de haber
finalizado el programa y debido a las
condiciones ambientales imperantes en la
máquina de preparación, los fibroscopios
(incluyendo todos los adaptadores, excepto
el 11301 CD) corren un gran riesgo de sufrir
corrosión.
Después de haber finalizado un programa, retire los
fibroscopios de la máquina, a ser posible inmedia-
tamente. A continuación, si es necesario, seque las
superficies ópticas con un bastoncillo de algodón
embebido en alcohol al 70 %.
nota: Si, según la clasificación de riesgo y, dado
el caso, según la ley de protección contra infeccio-
nes, no es necesaria la esterilización de los fibro-
scopios flexibles, es imprescindible almacenarlos
en forma suspendida (extremo distal hacia abajo) y
protegidos contra el polvo, a fin de que la posible
humedad residual en los canales pueda secarse.
nota: En el caso de los fibroscopios flexibles sin
canales, no se precisa necesariamente almacenar-
los en forma suspendida.
