The drawing in connection with the list of components serves
as reference.
The microswitch (838) and the thread (99-8.1) have already
been fitted in the base of the terminal box (81-36) at the factory.
Please take the other level control components out of the
pump's cardboard package.
First hang the hook (59-18) attached to the thread (99-8.2) into
the loop of the thread (99-8.1) which has been led out of the
base of the terminal box (81-36).
Lead the thread (99-8.2) through the hole in the weight
(59-11.1). The fastening level you select will determine the
pump's start-up level.
Stop the weight (59-11.1) using the tappet (485.1) by leading
the thread through the tappet's hole and tying it up at the se-
lected start-up level (see detail Z). Now slide the weight over the
tappet. Fix the guide piece (897) to the intermediate pipe (712)
and lead the thread through the fastening eyebolt.
Now stop the second weight (59-11.2) in similar fashion. The
fastening level you select will determine the pump's switch-off
level.
The end of the thread (99-8.2) is now led through the clearance
between the disc (550) and the discharge casing (107) and tied
up. Make sure that the thread has sufficient play (approx. 40
mm) to ensure adequate actuation of the microswitch (838).
Cut off the excessive thread length.
Now check the level control device for proper functioning.

9.6 Recycling
Rotex pumps consist of materials that can be separately re-
cycled.
9.9 Safety Standards
The pumps are in accordance with the EC machinery directive
89/392/EEC, Annex IIA.
The motors are in accordance with the EC low-voltage directive
73/23/EEC.
