5.3 Change tilt cylinder and sealing rings
5.3.1 Change tilt cylinder
1. Remove the cotters to fix the cylinder then take
away the pin shaft.
2. Connect the hose as before.

Change the sealing rings in cylinder

1. Clean the components and lubricate grease on the
surface.
2. Align the cylinder cover and correct the connector
direction when assemble.

and sealing rings
1. Remove the cover and hex locking plate then
change the cylinder or sealing rings.
2. Clean the components and lubricate grease on the
surface.
5.5 Change square shaft locking cylinder
and sealing rings
1. Remove the cover and square locking plate then
change the cylinder or sealing rings.
2. Clean the components and lubricate grease on the
surface.
5.6 Change the handle valve and sealing
rings
1. Remove the cover then change the handle valve or
sealing rings.
2. Clean the components and lubricate grease on the
surface.
