5. Change the components
DANGER
Cut off the air source before operation.
Exhaust the rest air in equipment by step the
pedal of bead break cylinder repeatedly.
WARNING
Only authorized can operate maintenance
and repair.
5.1 Change turntable cylinder and
sealing rings
5.1.1 Change turntable cylinder
1. Remove the seeger ring to fix the cylinder.
2. Connect the hose as before.
5.1.2 Change outside sealing rings
1. Clean the components and lubricate grease on the
surface.
2. Align the cylinder cover and correct the connector
direction when assemble.
5.1.3 Change inside sealing rings
1. Clean the components and lubricate grease on the
surface.
2. Align the cylinder cover and correct the connector
direction when assemble.

5.2 Change bead break cylinder and
sealing rings
5.2.1 Change bead break cylinder
1. Remove the fixing bolt A and nut B then take out
the cylinder.
2. Connect the hose as before.
3. Adjust the fixture sleeve according to the chapter
Chapter "Adjust the fixing sleeve of bead break
cylinder".
5.2.2 Change outside sealing rings
1. Clean the components and lubricate grease on the
surface.
2. Align the cylinder cover and correct the connector
direction when assemble.
5.2.3 Change inside sealing rings
1. Clean the components and lubricate grease on the
surface.
2. Align the cylinder cover and correct the connector
direction when assemble.
