6. Trouble
DANGER
Cut off the air source before operation.
Exhaust the rest air in equipment by step the
pedal of bead break cylinder repeatedly.
WARNING
Laypeople cannot do the repair and maintain
operation.
6.1 Turntable not rotate

Remove the side panel and step the pedal.
Transmission part of switch is not working properly.

Adjust the switch. Refer to Chapter "Adjust the
position of switch".
Slip between belt and pulley of gearbox.
¶
Change gearbox. Refer to Chapter "Change gearbox".
Slip between belt and pulley of motor.
¶
Adjust the belt. Refer to Chapter "Adjust the motor
belt"
The power supply is not regular.
¶
Service the power grid.
Connect the motor to the power supply directly and
motor not works.
¶
Change motor. Refer to Chapter "Change motor".
Connect the motor to the power supply directly and
motor works.
¶
Change switch. Refer to Chapter "Change the
switch".
6.2 Powerless turntable torsion power

Remove the side panel and step the pedal.
Slip between belt and pulley of motor.
¶
Adjust the belt. Refer to Chapter "Adjust the motor
belt".
The power supply is not regular.
¶
Service the power grid.
¶
Change capacitor or motor. Refer to Chapter
"Change the capacitor" or Chapter "Change motor".

6.3 Clamps not move or moves not
smoothly
Cylinder leaks.
¶
Change the cylinder or sealing rings.
Air guider leaks.
¶
Change it or sealing rings.
Silencer on pedal valve leaks.
Do the steps as follows:
1. Rotate the turntable, if clamps move, it's leakage
inside of air guider; change the air guider or sealing
rings. Refer to Chapter "Change the air guider and
sealing rings".
2. Seal the hoses between the air guider sides and
hose, if no air leak, there's leaking in cylinder;
change cylinder or sealing rings. Refer to Chapter
"Change turntable cylinder and sealing rings" (do it
on the each cylinder to find out the fault cylinder).
3. Seal the both hoses at front and back of pedal valve
at the same time, if no air leak, there's leaking in air
guider; change it or sealing rings. Refer to Chapter
"Change the air guider and sealing rings".
4. Seal the both hoses at front and back of pedal valve
at the same time, if leak, there's leaking in pedal
valve; change it or sealing rings. Refer to Chapter
"Change the pedal valve assembly and sealing rings".
