The silencer at top of pedal valve is leaking.
Do the steps as follows:
1. Seal the both hoses at front and back of pedal val-
ve at the same time, if no air leak, there's leaking in
cylinder; change tilt cylinder or sealing rings. Refer
to Chapter "Change tilt cylinder and sealing rings".
2. Seal the both hoses at front and back of pedal valve
at the same time, if leak, there's leaking in pedal
valve; change pedal valve assembly or sealing rings.
Refer to Chapter "Change the pedal valve assembly
and sealing rings".
6.13 Bead break blade moves slowly
¶
Check if the pressure of the air supply is regular,
otherwise adjust it.
¶
Clean the silencer on top of exhaust valve; refer
to Chapter "Clean the silencer on pedal valves at
regular intervals".

Adjust the pedal valve rod position of bead break
cylinder; refer to Chapter "Adjust the position of
pedal valve rod for bead break cylinder".
6.14 Powerless bead break power
¶
Check if the pressure of the air supply is regular,
otherwise adjust it.
Bead break cylinder has air leak.
¶
Change the cylinder or sealing rings. Refer to
Chapter "Change bead break cylinder and sealing
rings".
Step the pedal and keep it, the exhaust valve at back of
cylinder is leaking.

Change the cylinder or sealing rings. Refer to
Chapter "Change bead break cylinder and sealing
rings".
Step the pedal and keep it, the exhaust valve at front of
cylinder is leaking.

Change the cylinder or sealing rings. Refer to
Chapter "Change gearbox".
Step the pedal and keep it, the pedal valve is leaking.

Change the cylinder or sealing rings. Refer to
Chapter "Change the pedal valve assembly and
sealing rings".

Oil usage

!
Waste oil treat: Do not expose the volatilizable oil
in the air or throw into the sewer or river directly.
Should hand over them to professional processing
company to do the scrap disposal.

Oil overflow or leakage: To prevent the oil entering
the soil, sand and other substance being absorbed.
For residual oil, must treat it using the cleaning
material dissolved oil and pay attention to cleaning
agent diffusion. The cleaning agent must conform to
the requirement of local laws and regulations.
WARNING OF OIL USAGE
¶
Avoid to contact the skin directly.
¶
Do not let the oil become oil mist and
diffuse into the air.
Must conform the below safe request:
!
Avoid oil splashing (to skin, surface of equipment,
and protection hood of equipment).
!
Wash hands using water and soap frequently; do
not use the abluent making the skin feel irritated or
harmful things for skin.
!
Do not dry hands by the dirty or oiled duster cloth.
!
Do not wear the oiled clothes and must change the
work clothes when off duty.
!
Do not smoke or eat using the hands with oil.
!
Adopt the following protective measures at the same
time:

Gloves should be oil resistant
$
Wear glasses to avoid oil splashing
$
Wear apron to avoid oil splashing
$
Use the protection screen to avoid oil splashing
if necessary.
