4. Equipment adjustment
4.1 Adjust the angle of demounting head
1. Clamp the 16" or 17" rim onto the turntable.
2. Loosen the bolt A and B on demounting head.
3. The demounting head leans the rim and adjust the
bolt A to make the head part C to touch the rim and
the middle of the tail part is at the edge of the rim.
4. Tighten the bolt B and A.
4.2 Adjust the hex locking plate

The hex shaft cannot be locked then need to adjust
the locking plate.

The hex shaft will move upward 2-3 mm and after
lock. If move more, need to adjust the locking plate.

Need to adjust the locking plate if the hex shaft can-
not move smoothly.
1. Remove the cover.
2. Adjust the nut A then lock the hex shaft to test if it
moves upward 2-3mm.
3. Loosen nut B and adjust bolt C then lock the hex
shaft to test if it's locked. Release it then it can
move smoothly.
4. Tighten nut B.

4.3 Adjust the square locking plate

The square shaft cannot be locked then need to
adjust the locking plate.

The square shaft will move backward 2-3mm after
lock. If move more, need to adjust the locking plate.

Need to adjust the locking plate if the square shaft
cannot move smoothly.
1. Remove the cover.
2. Adjust the nut A then lock the square shaft to test if
the square shaft moves backward 2-3 mm.
3. Loosen nut B and adjust bolt C then lock the square
shaft to test if it's locked. Release it then it can
move smoothly.
4. Tighten nut B.
4.4 Adjust the square shaft roller

Need to adjust the bolt at the lower end of the roller
when the square shaft has oversize swing.
1. Remove the cover (some model no this cover).
2. Adjust bolt A to make sure the square shaft can
Move smoothly and the gap is the smaller the
better.
3. Tighten the nut B.
