6.4 The clamps move automatically

The clamps can move automatically when the pedal
valve of turntable cylinder is at the middle position.
Keep the pedal at the middle position then remove the
hoses at the both sides of the valve.

If no leak, change the air guider or sealing rings.
Refer to Chapter "Change the air guider and sealing
rings".
¶
If leaks, adjust the pedal valve rod position; refer to
Chapter "Adjust the position of pedal valve rod for
turntable cylinder".
¶
If no leak after adjust, change the pedal valve assem-
bly or sealing rings; refer to Chapter "Change the
pedal valve assembly and sealing rings".
6.5 The clamps cannot fix the rim
¶
Check if the pressure of air supply is regular, other-
wise adjust it.
¶
There's lubrication grease on rim when clamp the
rim from outside; clean the grease.
¶
Check if the four clamps can fix the rim at the same
time; if not, adjust the clamps position. Refer to
Chapter "Adjust the position of clamps".
6.6 Demounting head is wear and tear
too fast
¶
Hex shaft can't be locked and need to adjust the
locking plate. Refer to Chapter "Adjust the hex
locking plate".
¶
Square shaft can't be locked and need to adjust the
locking plate. Refer to Chapter "Adjust the square
locking plate".
¶
Square shaft swings oversize and need to adjust the
bolt at lower end of roller. Refer to Chapter "Adjust
the square shaft roller".
¶
Tilt arm swings oversize and need to adjust the bolt
at lower end of tilt arm. Refer to Chapter "Adjust
fixing bolts and nuts at the lower end of tilt arm".
¶
Turntable loosens; tighten the fixture bolts. Refer to
Chapter "Tighten the nuts on equipment at regular
intervals".

6.7 The position of demounting head has
change when tilt arm returns back
¶
Hex shaft can't be locked and need to adjust the
locking plate. Refer to Chapter "Adjust the hex
locking plate".
¶
Square shaft can't be locked and need to adjust the
locking plate. Refer to Chapter "Adjust the square
locking plate".
6.8 Leakage in cylinder
¶
Change the sealing rings or cylinder; refer to
Chapter "Change turntable cylinder and sealing
rings", "Change bead break cylinder and sealing
rings", "Change tilt cylinder and sealing rings".
6.9 The gearbox not rotate or has big
noise
¶
Change the gearbox; refer to Chapter "Change
gearbox".
6.10 Hex shaft moves up and down not
smoothly
¶
Adjust the locking plate; refer to Chapter "Adjust the
hex locking plate".
¶
Treat the scratch trace on the surface of hex shaft.
6.11 Pedal cannot return back
¶
Change the pedal tension spring or torsion spring;
refer to Chapter "Change the pedal tension spring or
torsion spring".
6.12 Tilt arm cannot tilt or tilt slowly
¶
Check if the pressure of air supply is regular, other-
wise adjust it.
¶
Adjust the silencer at top of tilt cylinder valve; refer
to Chapter "Adjust the silencer at top of tilt cylin-
der valve".
Tilt cylinder leaks.
¶
change the cylinder or sealing rings; refer to Chapter
"Change tilt cylinder and sealing rings".
