3. Maintenance routine
3.1 Air regulator usage and maintain

Customer must install an air stop valve before air
into equipment.
1. Check the oil in oil cup to the standard oil mass.

Must use the professional SAE20 oil.
Oiling: cut off the air source and exhaust the
air in tire changer.
2. Rotated the oil cup A and remove it then oil into the
atomized lubricator.
DANGER
Cut off the air source before operation.
Exhaust the rest air in equipment by step the
pedal of bead break cylinder repeatedly.

WARNING
The knob B on adjust valve is limited before
the machines leave factory. Do not adjust the
pressure out of correct range.
3. Rotate/press the button C to exhaust the water in
water cup D.
4. Run the bead break cylinder repeatedly to check the
oil supply from the cap E.
5. Adjust the bolt F to adjust the oil supply of
atomized lubricator.

Run the bead break cylinder repeatedly before use
the machine every day to lubricate the equipment.
