Ausbauen des Motors
Die Kette öffnen und vom Kettenrad abnehmen.
Die Pipette von der Zündkerze trennen (1).
Die Alternator-Anschlüsse abtrennen von Regler, von Spule und von Steuereinheit.
Eine Stützvorrichtung unter dem Motor anbrigenund die vorder (3) und unter (4) Befestigungsschraube des Motors abziehen, nachdem man die Klemmutter
an der linker Seite entfernt hat.
Von der linken Rahmenseite ausgehend die Befestigungsmuttern des Gabelzapfens (5) ausschrauben.
Mit einem geeigneten Werkzeug den Gabelbolzen aus seinem Sitz solange herausklopfen, bis der Motor frei ist.
Den Vorderteil anheben und de Motor.
Separación motor
Quitar malla de la cadena y deshilarla del piñón motor.
Desconectar la pipeta de la bujia (1).
Desconectar las conexiones del generador del regulador, de la bobina y de la centralita.
Inserir un soporte bajo el motor y deshilar los tornillos de fisaje anterior (3) y inferior (4) motor después de haber removida la tuerca de bloqueado del
lado izquierdo.
En el lado izquierdo del bastidor destornillar la tuerca sujetadora del perno de la horquilla (5).
Rebatir, con un tapón adapto, el eje horquilla fuera de la sede, hasta el punto en que el motor resultará libre de este fisaje.
Levantar la parte anterior y, después de haberlo empujado hacia adelante, deshilar el motor.

Stacco motore
Smagliare la catena e sfilarla dal pignone motore.
Rimuovere la pipetta dalla candela (1).
Scollegare le connessioni dell'alternatore dal regolatore, dalla bobina e dalla centralina;
dalla bobina e dalla centralina;
Inserire un supporto sotto al motore e sfilare le viti di fissaggio anteriore (3) e inferiore (4)
motore dopo aver rimosso i dadi di bloccaggio sul lato sinistro.
Operando sul lato sinistro del telaio svitare il dado di fissaggio del perno forcellone (5).
Ribattere, con un tampone adatto, il perno forcellone fuori dalla sede, fino al punto in cui il
motore risulterà libero da questo fissaggio.
Sollevare la parte anteriore e, dopo averlo spinto in avanti, sfilare il motore.
Engine removal
Break the links of the chain and extract it from the engine pinion.
Remove the pipette from the spark plug (1).
Remove the alternator connections from regulator, ignition coil and power unit.
Arrange a support under the engine and take out the engine front
(3) and lower fastening screws (4) after removing the locking nut
on the L.H. side.
Loosen the nut of the fork pin (5) by working on the left side of
the frame.
By means of a suitable pad, make the fork pin come out of its seat,
until the engine is released from this fastening.
Lift the front part, push the engine.
Démontage du moteur
Défaire la chaîne et la retirer du pignon du moteur.
Dètacher la pipette de la bouge (1).
Oter les jointages de l'alternateur du regulateur, de la bobine et du distributeur.
Mettre un support sous le moteur et retirer les vis de fixation avant (3) et inférieure (4) du
moteur après avoir enlevé l'écrou (côté gauche).
Desserrer l'écrou du pivot fourche (5) en opérant du côté gauche du cadre.
Faire sortir de son logement l'axe de la fourche jusqu'à ce que le moteur soit complètement
dégagé.
Soulever la partie avant et retirer le moteur.
