La plataforma de corte está equipada con cubiertas de plástico que impiden acercar las manos a las piezas móviles
y a las piezas de accionamiento de la máquina.
Estas cubiertas se pueden desmontar rápida y fácilmente mediante los cierres rápidos que hay en los lados de las
cubiertas. Introduzca un destornillador en la ranura del cierre y gírelo en sentido antihorario. A continuación, extraiga la
cubierta de la máquina.
Máquinas 106, 106 4x4 y 124:
► Distance A is the front edge of the mowing deck in the travel direction and it must be 23-25 mm above the ground.
Check it on both sides of the mowing deck. If the height is different, loosen the lock nuts (2) on the respective draw rod
(1) and adjust the height by the turning nuts (3). After setting the correct height, do not forget to tighten the lock nuts (2).

► Distance B is the rear edge of the mowing deck in the travel direction and it should be 28-30 mm above the ground,
i.e. the rear edge must be at least 5 mm higher than the front edge. If the height is different, adjust it by loosening
nuts (4), setting the edge to the correct height and tightening the nuts with a torque of 55 – 65 Nm.
Máquinas 110:
► Distance A is the front edge of the mowing deck in the travel direction and it must be 30-34 mm above the ground.
Check it on both sides of the mowing deck. If the height is different, loosen the lock nuts (2) on the respective draw
rod (1) and adjust the height by the turning nuts (3). After setting the correct height, do not forget to tighten the lock
nuts (2).

► Distance B is the rear edge of the mowing deck in the travel direction and it should be 28-30 mm above the ground,

6.3.8 PLATAFORMA DE CORTE - COMPROBACIÓN Y AJUSTE DE LA CORREA EN V
Debido a la demanda que se ejerce sobre ella, la tensión de la correa de transmisión de la marcha de la plataforma de
corte (1) disminuye con el tiempo y es necesario volver a tensarla. La correa se tensa utilizando tornillos y un muelle.
► Set the mowing deck to position 1.
► Using a suitable wrench, turn nut (2) so that spring (3) is tensioned to a value of :

► Lower the mowing deck to the lowest position by moving the height adjustment lever to position 1.
► Release the quick coupling pins of the mowing deck side covers and take the covers out.

► Release the quick coupling pin (1) of the top cover (2) and approximately in its middle tilt the cover upwards.
► Slide an appropriate spanner under the metal cover, from underneath place it on the belt pulley bolt (1). From above
loosen the belt pulley nut.
► Loosen the lock nut (2) and nut (3). Then, using an appropriate wrench, turn nut (3) so that the cogged belt (4) is

properly tensioned.
► The belt is correctly tensioned when a force of 4 kP (40 N; 72 Hz) acting on the middle distance between the belt
pulleys (1) and (5) results in the belt bending by approximately 0.5 cm.

Para medir la fuerza puede usar un dinamómetro mecánico normal disponible en tiendas que venden ese tipo de productos.
► Tighten the lock nut (2) of the tensioning mechanism and again tighten the nut of the cogged belt pulley (1).
► Reattach the side and top cover and tighten them.

► The mowing deck drive belt is correctly tensioned when the length of the tensioning spring (2) is 135±1 mm. If the
length is different, adjust it by turning nut (1) of the tensioning draw bar.

► Set the mowing deck to the highest position by moving the elevation adjustment lever to position 7.
