Procédure d'affûtage :
► Remove the grass catcher, tilt the machine on to the right side and prop it up using suitable supports. It is
recommended to invite another person to help with tilting the machine in order to prevent damaging a part of the
machine or an injury.
► Unscrew both blades and clean them.
► First sharpen with a grinder and then with a file.

► On the 110 cm three-blade mowing deck each pair of blades is fastened using 3 bolts (blades are not equipped with
break pins). We recommend that you mark the blades before removing them to avoid problems when putting them
back.
N'affûtez pas directement sur le plateau de coupe.
► After sharpening the blades, do not install them yet, but check their balance, see procedure below.
► Prior to reinstalling the blades, check the condition of the break pins which serve as protection of the mowing deck. If
the break pins are damaged, replace them immediately. Spare pins are supplied with the machine.
► After checking the balance and the brake pins, screw the blades back in position. During installation, ensure that the bend of the
blades points upwards into the mowing deck body. Do not interchange the left and right blades. The right blade has a bolt with
a left thread.
► Carefully tighten the fastening bolts using a torque wrench using the prescribed tightening torque of
achieved the moment when the tangential (convex) spring under the fastening bolt is fully compressed and from this point on the
bolt is not tightened.
► ÉQUILIBRAGE DES LAMES
Faites particulièrement attention à la mise de niveau et à l'équilibrage des lames. La vibration des lames qui ne sont pas de niveau
et équilibrées peut endommager le moteur ou le plateau de coupe.
Lors de l'équilibrage, insérez le tournevis dans le trou central et placez la lame
à l'horizontale. Si la lame reste dans cette position, elle est équilibrée. Si l'une des
extrémités retombe, meulez ce côté jusqu'à atteindre l'équilibrage. Lors de l'équilibrage par
meulage, ne raccourcissez pas la longueur de la lame ! Le déséquilibre statique admis ne
doit pas dépasser 2 g.

► REMPLACEMENT DES LAMES

Si les lames sont endommagées à cause d'une utilisation fréquente, elles ne peuvent pas être équilibrées ou affûtées correctement
et il est nécessaire de les remplacer. Procédez comme suit :

► Screw out both blades.
► Prior to installing new blades, check the condition of the brake pins which serve as protection of the mowing deck. If the break
pins are damaged, replace them immediately.
► Check that the blades are balanced, see above.
► Screw on the new blades. During installation, ensure that the bend of the blades points upwards into the mowing deck body. Do
not interchange the left and right blades. The right blade has a bolt with a left thread.
► Carefully tighten the fastening bolts using a torque wrench using the prescribed tightening torque of
achieved the moment when the tangential (convex) spring under the fastening bolt is fully compressed and from this point on the
bolt is not tightened.
Lorsque les lames rencontrent un obstacle solide, arrêtez immédiatement le moteur et contrôlez les lames ! Les goupilles
de rupture peuvent être endommagées ou cassées.
Portez toujours des gants de travail épais lorsque vous manipulez les lames de coupe.
N'utilisez que des lames recommandées par le fabricant ou le fournisseur du tracteur de tonte. L'utilisation de lames et/
ou de pièces de fixation non recommandées peut entraîner une mauvaise qualité de la tonte, endommager la machine et si
elles se détachent pendant l'utilisation, également blesser des personnes.
6.3.7 PLATEAU DE COUPE - VÉRIFICATION ETÉQUILIBRAGE
Pour obtenir de meilleurs résultats de tonte, le plateau de coupe doit être réglé à la bonne hauteur de tonte et les deux côtés du
plateau doivent être de niveau.
Avant d'effectuer le réglage :
► Place the machine on an surface idéalement régulière, gonflez tous les pneus à la pression prescrite (80 -140 Kpa, ± 10
Kpa difference between the individual tyres) and sécurisez l'ensemble de la machine pour ne pas qu'elle bouge (e.g. using
a suitable wedge, etc.).
► Move the mowing deck elevation adjustment lever to position 1.
