Restarting BPT-M Touch

If the following communication problems occur,
restart the BPT-M Touch:
The BPT-M Touch does not detect system

components despite correct cabling.
Data transfer not possible.


Procedure
1. Press and hold the reset button (1) on the BPT-M
Touch.
Or
Briefly disconnect the power supply of the BPT-M
Touch.
The BPT-M Touch shuts down and restarts.
2. Then carry out the operation again during which
the communication problem occurred.
If the problems persist, contact the manufacturer's
service centre.

Update the firmware

Materials required
 USB stick (FAT32 formatted)
Latest firmware (available in the download area of

the manufacturer's homepage)
If the BPT-M Touch does not react to entries after
being restarted, a firmware update can help.
