5.4.2 Connecting the wire ends to the BPT-M

Procedure
1. Fit a cable end sleeve to the end of the wire.
2. Use a slotted screwdriver to open the contact
spring of the connecting plug.

3. Insert the wire end into the terminal according to
the pin assignment.
4. Check that the wire is held firmly in place.
5. Repeat steps 1 to 4 for the ends of the remaining
wires.
6. Route the unconnected wires in such a way that
they do not hang loose at the side and possibly
cause short circuits.
7. Connect the plug connector with the BPT-M Touch.
