Install and connect the power supply

Materials required
Connection lead for the power supply (included in

the scope of delivery) and CAN distributor
 Mains cable for auxiliary power supply. Please note
the following here: Cable cross-section 1 to
2

In photovoltaic systems, voltages of U

specifications are observed. Attempting to work on
the product and live components at these high
voltages and current strengths can prove fatal. When
performing work of this nature, please note that the
photovoltaic system's solar generator is always active
during daylight hours.
Before starting any work on electrical systems:
Disconnect the system

Ensure that it is secured against being switched

back on
Verify that the system is fully de-energised

Earth and short-circuit the system

Cover or shield any adjacent live components

Risk of damage from incorrect power supplies
If you use a power supply other than the power
supply supplied, this can lead to damage to the BPT-
M Touch or the components.
Only use the power supplies delivered with the

product
