Commissioning

7.1

Requirements

Before starting the BPT-M Touch make sure of the
following:
 The device is installed (Installation, p. 25)
The electrical connections have been established

(Electrical installation, p. 29)
7.2

Setting up the system components

Detailed information on navigation and other
background information on each menu can be found
on the BPT-M Touch integrated help page
In order to be able to access the connected system
component(s) via the BPT-M Touch, you must carry
out the system setup during initial start-up or when
an additional system component is connected.
Set the required menu language and the current time
and date in advance.

Setting the menu language

Procedure
1. On the home page of the BPT-M Touch, press
Settings.
The Settings window opens.
2. Press Language.
The Language window opens.
3. Press the button for the language you require.
The selected language now appears on the
display.
