Menüpunkt 8: „Bewegungsmelder"
Auf der Menüseite „Bewegungsmelder" können Ein-
stellungen zum internen Bewegungsmelder für den
„Alarm bei Bewegungserkennung" vorgenommen
werden.

Es kann für jede Kamera individuell eingestellt wer-
den, welche Bildbereiche zur Bewegungserkennung
herangezogen werden sollen, wie empfindlich und
mit welcher Verzögerung die Erkennung reagieren
soll, wie groß ein alarmauslösendes Objekt min-
destens sein muss und wie lange ein durch eine er-
kannte Bewegung ausgelöster Alarm gehalten wer-
den soll. Diese Werte lassen sich in zwei unab-
hängigen Konfigurationen („Modus 1" und „Modus 2")
speichern und getrennt ein- oder ausschalten.
Bei „Kamera" wird bestimmt, für welche Kamera
die folgenden Einstellungen gelten sollen.

Under "Activity Hold" the duration can be selected
for which an alarm triggered via the integrated mo-
tion detector will be held. The adjustable range is 1 s
to 99 s.

Via the function "Grids Display" it is possible to de-
fine the picture areas relevant for the motion detec-
tion. For this purpose a camera picture is subdivided
into a grid of 16 x 16 fields. For each of these 256
fields it can be defined if it will be considered for the
motion detection.
1. Select "Grids Display" with the button

Over the camera picture a grid of 16 x 16
points is laid now. A visible grid point means that
this picture area is relevant for the motion detec-
tion. The grid points are adjusted in each line.
The arrow at the left margin of the picture points
to the line to be adjusted at present.

line to be changed. The condition of the 16 grid
points in this line is additionally indicated by the
LEDs above the 16 numerical keys. A lighting
LED means that the corresponding grid point is
sensibilized for the motion detection. The condi-
tion of each individual grid point can now directly
be changed via the respective numerical key. In
addition, there is the possibility of switching on all
grid points of the present line by pressing the
SET button or of switching them off by pressing
the 2nd button.
4. If all desired grid points for this camera adjust-
ment are sensibilized for motion detection, go
back to the superior menu "Dynamic Scene
Sensing Setup" with the button MENU.
Note: If a change occurs during the adjustment of
the grid points in the sensibilized area of the
camera picture, the frame around the camera

Hinweis: Ist im Menü 7 bei der Alarmart „DSS" unter
„Möglich" der Wert „ON" gewählt, wird die-
jenige Konfiguration („Modus 1" oder
„Modus 2") für die Alarmerkennung ver-
wendet, die hier zuletzt eingestellt worden
ist (siehe Kap. 8.8).
„Möglich" bestimmt, ob die gewählte Konfiguration
(„Modus") zugelassen („EIN") oder momentan deak-
tiviert („AUS") ist.

Bei „Empfindlichkeit" wird eingestellt, wie emp-
findlich die Bewegungserkennung reagieren soll.

„Trigger Größe" bestimmt, welche Mindestgröße
ein bewegtes Objekt haben muss, um erkannt zu
werden. Über die Anzahl der horizontalen und der
vertikalen Rasterpunkte wird die Größe einer recht-
eckigen Fläche festgelegt. Nur wenn das sich bewe-
gende Objekt genauso groß oder größer ist als
diese definierte Fläche, wird ein Alarm ausgelöst.

On the menu page "UNIT OPTION" general adjust-
ments for the remote control, for the picture features
and for the security against unauthorized operation
are made. Besides, the alarm protocol and the total
adjustments of the multiplexer can be reset.

"Password" activates ("ON") or deactivates ("OFF")
the password protection. When calling the setting
menu, with activated password protection first the
password is requested (see description at the begin-
ning of chapter 8). If a wrong password is entered,
the message "ACCESS DENIED!! Unauthorized
code!" appears. After approx. 2 seconds the mes-
sage disappears again.

Über die Funktion „Netzdisplay" lassen sich die für
die Bewegungserkennung relevanten Bildbereiche
bestimmen. Ein Kamerabild wird dafür in ein Raster
von 16 x 16 Feldern unterteilt. Für jedes dieser 256
Felder kann festgelegt werden, ob es für die Bewe-
gungserkennung berücksichtigt werden soll.

Über das Kamerabild wird jetzt ein Raster von
16 x 16 Punkten gelegt. Ein sichtbarer Raster-
punkt bedeutet, dass dieser Bildbereich für die
Bewegungserkennung relevant ist. Die Raster-
punkte werden zeilenweise eingestellt. Dabei

accidental false input.

keys "1" to "10" ("10" corresponds to "0" in this
case).
4. After "Re-enter code" repeat the password once
again.
If the input was successful, "OK" appears in the
screen below. However, if "FAIL" appears there,
both inputs were not identical. Then repeat the steps
3 and 4 once again.
"Unit Number" is only important if several TVMP-
1600COL units will be remote-controlled via a single
line. To be able to address the units individually, an
individual number "001", "002", "003", etc. is as-
signed to each unit.

Via the option "Factory Reset" it is possible to reset
all unit settings to the factory settings (see chapter
8.13 "Survey of the factory settings").
Attention: Activation of this option cancels all ad-
justments made by the user irretrievably
and replaces them by the factory set-
tings. Therefore, a warning note ap-
pears if this option is selected. If "YES"
is selected, all unit settings are reset, if
"NO" is selected, the adjustments se-
lected by the user are maintained.

Another protection against unauthorized operation
of the unit is the option "Key Lock". If the value
"ON" is adjusted, after quitting the setting menu all
operational keys are locked except for those neces-
sary for calling the menu.
