Alarmfunktionen
Der Multiplexer verfügt über drei unterschiedliche
A
Alarmarten:
CH
- Externer Alarm (Alarmauslösung durch externe
Alarmmelder)
- Alarm bei Bewegungserkennung (Alarmauslö-
sung durch den integrierten Bewegungsmelder)
- Bildverlust-Alarm (Alarmauslösung durch Verlust
des Videosignals)
Alle Alarmeinstellungen werden über das Einstel-
lungsmenü durchgeführt (siehe Kap. 8 „Änderung
der Geräteinstellungen").
7.1
Externer Alarm
Sobald einer der angeschlossenen externen Alarm-
melder anspricht, wird Alarm ausgelöst.
Wichtig: Alarmauslösung über externe Alarmmel-
der ist nur möglich, wenn diese Alarmfunk-
tion aktiviert ist (siehe Kap. 8.8, Menü-
punkt 7: Einstellung „Möglich" in der Zeile
„External").
Tritt ein Alarm in der Betriebsart Live-Überwachung
auf, werden folgende Funktionen aktiviert:
- Die LED über der Nummerntaste (15) der ent-
sprechenden Kamera blinkt.
- Auf dem Hauptmonitor und auf dem Spot-Moni-
tor wird im Bild der entsprechenden Kamera die
Meldung „ALARM" eingeblendet.
- Ein Signal ertönt [sofern der Summer für diese
Alarmfunktion eingeschaltet wurde (siehe Kap.
8.8, Menüpunkt 7: Einstellung „SUM" in der Zeile
„External")]. Das Drücken einer beliebigen Taste
beendet den Signalton, wenn die Tastatur nicht
über das Einstellungsmenü gesperrt wurde (sie-
he Kap. 8.10, Menüpunkt 9: Einstellung „Tasta-
tur Sperren").
- Das Alarm-Relais schaltet [sofern es für diese
Alarmfunktion aktiviert wurde (siehe Kap. 8.8,
Menüpunkt 7: Einstellung „RLY" in der Zeile „Ex-
ternal")].

- The main monitor switches to the alarm display
format selected in menu 7 under "Alarm Dis-
play": if the option "4 x 4" is selected, the monitor
switches to the display format "Multiple picture
4 x 4". If the option "Full" is selected, the monitor
switches in case of individual alarm to the full
screen format of the camera concerned. In case
of multiple alarm it switches continuously be-
tween the full screen pictures of the cameras
concerned with the switching interval adjusted in
menu 7 under "Alarm Dwell". [Changing the dis-
play of the main monitor in case of alarm is only
possible if the main monitor was adjusted to the
display of this alarm function (see chapter 8.8,
menu item 7: setting "M.M" in the line "Exter-
nal")].
- For recordings via the jack VCR OUT (22) or (25)
the picture rate changes (according to the set-
ting "Alarm Mode" in menu 4, chapter 8.5), and
the recording format changes (depending on
which recording format was adjusted for the ex-
ternal alarm; see chapter 8.8, menu item 7: set-
ting "REC" in the line "External").
- In the alarm protocol of the setting menu (see
chapter 8.10, menu item 9: option "Alarm History
List") and in the alarm status table (see chapter
6.2.9 "Status of the unit settings") the alarm trig-
gering is recorded: The type of alarm (sign "A" for
external alarm), the camera channel concerned,
and the time including date are indicated.
- The buttons VCR (3) and LIVE REC. (4) are
locked for the duration of the alarm.
If an alarm occurs during the operating mode "Video
recorder reproduction", the TVMP-1600COL han-
dles it in the background, that means all proceed-
ings take place as described above; only the display
on the main monitor is not changed. The button

- Der Spot-Monitor schaltet bei Einzelalarm auf das
Vollbild der entsprechenden Kamera. Bei Mehr-
fachalarm schaltet er kontinuierlich mit dem in
Menü 7 unter „Alarm Dauer" eingestellten Schalt-
intervall zwischen den Vollbildern der betroffenen
Kameras um. [Die Änderung der Anzeige des
Spot-Monitors im Alarmfall ist nur möglich, wenn
der Spot-Monitor auf Anzeige dieser Alarmfunk-
tion eingestellt wurde (siehe Kap. 8.8, Menü-
punkt 7: Einstellung „HLF" in der Zeile „External")].
- Der Hauptmonitor schaltet auf das im Menü 7
unter „Alarm Display" gewählte Alarm-Anzeige-
format: Ist die Option „4 x 4" gewählt, schaltet
der Monitor auf das Anzeigeformat „Mehrfach-
bild 4 x 4". Ist die Option „Voll" gewählt, schaltet
der Monitor bei Einzelalarm auf das Vollbild-For-
mat der betroffenen Kamera. Bei Mehrfachalarm
schaltet er kontinuierlich mit dem in Menü 7
unter „Alarm Dauer" eingestellten Schaltintervall
zwischen den Vollbildern der betroffenen Kame-
ras um. [Die Änderung der Anzeige des Haupt-
monitors im Alarmfall ist nur möglich, wenn der
Hauptmonitor auf Anzeige dieser Alarmfunktion
eingestellt wurde (siehe Kap. 8.8, Menüpunkt 7:
Einstellung „HPT" in der Zeile „External")].
- Für Aufzeichnungen über die Buchse VCR OUT
(22) bzw. (25) wechseln die Bildrate (entspre-
chend der Einstellung „Alarm Modus" im Menü 4,
Kap. 8.5) und das Aufzeichnungsformat (je
nachdem, welches Aufnahmeformat für den ex-
ternen Alarm eingestellt wurde; siehe dazu Kap.
8.8, Menüpunkt 7: Einstellung „AUF" in der Zeile
„External").
- Im Alarmprotokoll des Einstellungsmenüs (siehe
Kap. 8.10, Menüpunkt 9: Option „Alarm History
Liste") und in der Alarm-Statustabelle (siehe Ka-
pitel 6.2.9 „Status der Geräteeinstellungen") wird
die Alarmauslösung registriert: Angegeben wer-
den die Art des Alarms (Kennzeichen „A" für ex-
ternen Alarm), der betroffene Kamerakanal und
der Zeitpunkt, einschließlich Datum.
- Die Tasten VCR (3) und LIVE REC. (4) sind für
die Dauer des Alarms gesperrt.
LIVE REC. (4) is locked for the duration of the alarm.
During the alarm it is possible to switch to live sur-
veillance with the button VCR (3).
7.1.1
Resetting an external alarm
If the alarm duration adjusted for the external alarm
(see chapter 8.8, menu item 7: setting "External
Hold") has elapsed and there is no positive pulse at
the alarm hold input [pin 22 of the jack ALARM (19)],
the proceedings described above are stopped.
To stop the alarm before the end of the adjusted
time, shortly press the SELECT button (2) twice. This
possibility of stopping an alarm can be prevented in
the setting menu (see chapter 8.7, menu item 6: set-
ting "Alarm Reset Button"). Calling the setting menu
via the button MENU (1) also stops the alarm activi-
ties before the end. With the password protection
switched on, the 4-digit code has to be entered addi-
tionally.
Note: If the option "Alarm Latch" is selected (see
chapter 8.8, menu item 7), it is only possible
to reset the insertion "ALARM" in the camera
picture concerned and the flashing LED
above the corresponding numerical key (15)
by calling the setting menu [that means by
pressing the button MENU (1)]. With the
password protection switched on, the 4-digit
code has to be entered additionally.
7.2
Alarm in case of motion detection
The integrated motion detector which can sepa-
rately be activated for each of the 16 cameras re-
cognizes changes (movements) in the camera pic-
ture as they occur e. g. when persons pass through
or a door is opened. The motion detector can be
adjusted so that either the total detection area of the
cameras is sensibilized for the activity recognition or
only partial areas which are individually adjustable
for each camera. If a change occurs in this sensibili-
zed area, alarm will be triggered. For each camera
two independent area settings can be stored which
can differently be activated depending on weekday
and time of day.
Tritt ein Alarm während der Betriebsart „Videorecor-
der-Wiedergabe" auf, so wird er vom TVMP-
1600COL im Hintergrund behandelt, d. h. alle Vor-
gänge finden wie oben beschrieben statt; lediglich
die Anzeige auf dem Hauptmonitor wird nicht verän-
dert. Die Taste LIVE REC. (4) ist für die Dauer des
Alarms gesperrt. Während des Alarms kann mit der
Taste VCR (3) auf Live-Überwachung umgeschaltet
werden.
7.1.1
Externen Alarm zurücksetzen
Wenn die für den externen Alarm eingestellte Alarm-
dauer (siehe Kap. 8.8, Menüpunkt 7: Einstellung
„Extern Pause") verstrichen ist und kein positiver Im-
puls am Alarmhalte-Eingang [Pin 22 der Buchse
ALARM (19)] anliegt, werden die oben beschriebe-
nen Vorgänge beendet.
Zum Beenden des Alarms vor Ablauf der einge-
stellten Zeit die SELECT-Taste (2) zweimal, kurz
nacheinander, drücken. Diese Möglichkeit des Ab-
bruchs eines Alarms kann im Einstellungsmenü ver-
hindert werden (siehe Kap. 8.7, Menüpunkt 6: Ein-
stellung „Alarm Reset Taste"). Ein Aufruf des
Einstellungsmenüs über die Taste MENU (1) been-
det ebenfalls vorzeitig die Alarmaktivitäten. Bei ein-
geschaltetem Kennwortschutz ist zusätzlich der
4-stellige Code einzugeben.
Hinweis: Ist die Option „Alarm Klinke" gewählt
(siehe Kap. 8.8, Menüpunkt 7), lassen sich
die Einblendung „ALARM" im betroffenen
Kamerabild und die blinkende LED über
der entsprechenden Nummerntaste (15)
nur durch Aufrufen des Einstellungsmenüs
[d. h. durch Drücken der Taste MENU (1)]
zurücksetzen. Bei eingeschaltetem Kenn-
wortschutz ist zusätzlich der 4-stellige
Code einzugeben.
7.2
Alarm bei Bewegungserkennung
Der integrierte Bewegungsmelder, der für jede der
16 Kameras getrennt aktiviert werden kann, erfasst
Änderungen (Bewegungen) im Kamerabild, wie sie
z. B. bei Personendurchgang oder beim Öffnen
einer Tür auftreten. Der Bewegungsmelder kann so

If an alarm occurs in the operating mode of live sur-
veillance, the following functions are activated:
- A signal sounds [as far as the buzzer was
switched on for this alarm function (see chapter
8.8, menu 7: setting "BUZ" in the line "DSS")].
Press any desired button to stop the signal
sound unless the keyboard was locked via the
setting menu (see chapter 8.10, menu item 9:
setting "Key Lock).
- The alarm relay switches [as far as it was activat-
ed for this alarm function (see chapter 8.8, menu
item 7: setting "RLY" in the line "DSS")].
- The spot monitor switches in case of individual
alarm to the full screen picture of the correspond-
ing camera. In case of multiple alarm it switches
continuously between the full screen pictures of
the cameras concerned with the switching inter-
val adjusted in menu 7 under "Alarm Dwell". In
the picture of the camera the message "M" is in-
serted. [Changing the display of the spot monitor
in case of alarm is only possible if the spot moni-
tor was adjusted to the display of this alarm func-
tion (see chapter 8.8, menu item 7: setting "S.M"
in the line "DSS")].
- The main monitor switches to the alarm display
