10.17 Setting the room monitoring time

This menu item allows you to set the period of time in which the call recipient can listen to the room.

Time = If 0 is entered then this function will not be available.
The room listening time can be between 1 and 99 seconds long.
The factory setting is 60 seconds long.
Completion of room monitoring:
• After the alarm control centre has played back the voice message, there is a signal tone. The
room monitoring function can be activated by pressing 1 on a dual tone multifrequency phone.
You can now listen to the room for a preset period of time. After this time period has passed
there is another signal tone. Press the button 1 again and the room monitoring will commence
again. Pressing 9 ends the connection.
• If you do not confirm the first signal tone, the voice message can be heard again. This process
is repeated as often as you set in the menu item titled "Setting number of repetitions".

10.18 Activating / deactivating the telephone dialler

This function allows you to activate or deactivate the telephone dialler. If you would like the telephone
dialler to not call the entered telephone numbers for any reason, you can deactivate it as follows. All saved
telephone numbers will still be stored.

2 = Telephone dialler is activated (factory setting)
The factory setting for the code is 2.
