11.11.1 Arming the alarm control centre
If the alarm control centre answers the call with 1 signal tone, this means that the alarm control centre is
disarmed.
• Enter user code 1 using a dual tone multifrequency telephone.
• Press the # button for confirmation.
• The alarm control centre immediately switches to armed status and confirms the change with two signal
tones.
• The exit delay time is not observed in this case.
11.11.2 Disarming the alarm control centre
If the alarm control centre answers the call with 2 signal tones, this means that the alarm control centre
is armed.
• Enter user code 1 using a dual tone multifrequency telephone.
• Press the # button for confirmation.
• The alarm control centre immediately switches to disarmed status and confirms the change with 1 signal
tone.
11.11.3 Resetting alarm outputs
If the alarm control centre answers the call with 1 + 3 signal tones, this means that the alarm control centre
is disarmed, but a 24 hour loop has been triggered.
• Enter user code 1 using a dual tone multifrequency telephone.
• Press the # button for confirmation.
• The alarm control centre remains disarmed and the alarm outputs are reset.
• The alarm control centre confirms the change of status with 1 + 2 signal tones.
• The LED for the corresponding loop is still lit on the remote control unit.
11.11.4 Disarming the alarm control centre during alarm signal
If the alarm control centre answers the call with 2 + 3 signal tones, this means that the alarm control centre
is armed, but an alarm has been sounded.
• Enter user code 1 using a dual tone multifrequency telephone.
• Press the # button for confirmation.
• The alarm control centre immediately disarms and the alarm outputs are reset.
• The alarm control centre confirms the change of status with 1 + 2 signal tones.
• The LED for the corresponding loop is still lit on the remote control unit.
