Smoke sensors:
In order to sense a fire quickly or during your absence, it
makes sense to install several smoke sensors in your house.
The smoke sensors should be connected to a 24
hour loop corresponding to the operating inst-
ructions, as they only activate when they detect
smoke.
Alarm step mat:
These can be hidden under a doormat. It activates when
someone steps on it.
The alarm step mat should be connected to a de-
layed loop corresponding to its operating instruc-
tions, as it only activates when someone steps on
it.

Signalling device combination
To display an alarm signal outdoors, it is recommendable to
connect a signalling device combination with the corres-
ponding function to the alarm control centre. It signalises
the intrusion both optically and acoustically in the case of
an alarm.
The signalling device combination should be con-
nected to the voltage outlets corresponding to
its operating instructions. Note that the acoustic
signalling must conform to existing laws and regu-
lations. In Germany an acoustic alarm signal may
only sound for a maximum of 3 minutes.
Optical signalling device:
An optical signalling device provides an optical signal in the
case of an alarm. There are a number of different devices
for this purpose, some are only for internal use, others are
approved for use outdoors.
The optical signalling device should be connected
to the corresponding voltage outlet in accordance
with its operating instructions. This is reset only
after a corresponding code is entered.
