Remote controls of 2.4 GHz generally do not have channels. Nevertheless, you also need to check if several
2.4 GHz remote controls can be operated at the same time without interference. Otherwise, you will lose control of
the remote-controlled models!
• Regularly check the functional safety of your model and of the remote control system. Watch out for any visible
damage such as defective plug connections or damaged cables. All moving parts of the model must run smoothly
but should not have any play in their bearings.
• The rechargeable batteries required for operation (e.g. remote control transmitters, flight battery) must be charged
according to the manufacturer's specifications.
• If batteries are used as a transmitter power supply, make sure that they have sufficient remaining capacity (battery
checker). If the batteries are empty, always replace the complete set, never individual cells only.
• Before any use, the trimming settings at the transmitter must be checked for all control directions and adjusted if
required.
• Always check the correct and secure position of the propeller before operation. Also regularly examine the propeller
for damage. Damaged propellers pose a danger and must no longer be taken into operation.
• Always switch on the transmitter first. Only then can the receiver system be taken into operation by connecting the
flight battery in the model. Otherwise, there may be unpredictable responses and the rotor may start unintentio-
nally.
• Make sure that neither objects nor body parts are in the rotating and suction areas of the propeller while it is rota-
ting.
c) During Operation
• Do not take any risks when operating the product! Your own safety and that of your environment depends completely
on your responsible use of the model.
• Improper operation can cause serious damage to people and property! Therefore make sure to keep a sufficiently
safe distance to persons, animals or objects during operation.
• Select an appropriate site for the operation of your model airplane.
• Only fly your model if your ability to react is unlimited. The influence of tiredness, alcohol or medication can cause
incorrect responses.
• Do not fly directly towards audience or yourself.
• Never point the aerial of the transmitter directly onto the model. This significantly impairs signal transmission bet-
ween the transmitter and the model.
• Never switch off the remote control (transmitter) while the model is in use. After landing, always disconnect the flight
battery first. Only then must be remote control be switched off.
• In case of defect or malfunction, remove the cause of the interference before starting your model again.
• Never expose your model and the remote control system to direct solar irradiation or great heat for an extended
period.
