Explanation of the symbols on the
product
Symbols are used in this manual to draw your attention to
potential hazards. The safety symbols and the accompa-
nying explanations must be fully understood. The warn-
ings themselves will not rectify a hazard and cannot re-
place proper accident prevention measures.
Attention! Failure to observe the safety signs
and warning information affixed to the prod-
uct and failure to observe the safety and op-
erating manual can result in serious injury or
even death.
Before commissioning, read and observe
the operating manual and safety instruc-
tions!

Make sure that other persons maintain a
sufficient safety distance.
Do not mow uphill or downhill.

Keep hands and feet away from the rotating
parts of the tool.

Before operating the lawnmower, remove
any small parts lying around that could be
thrown about.
Danger of poisoning! Only use the product
outdoors and never in closed or poorly venti-
lated rooms.
Remove the spark plug connector prior to all
maintenance work.

not refuel while the engine is hot or running.
