TRANSPORTATION AND PACKAGING
Transportation and handling
The product comes tightly packed so it's protected from
shocks and weather, nevertheless it must be carefully tran-
sported and raised by one or more users based on its weight.
The first thing to do once you open the packaging is a general
check of all the product parts; make sure all components are
accounted for and in perfect condition.

Please remember that all packaging elements
(carton, cellophane, staples, adhesive tape
etc.) may injure you if mishandled. They must
be properly removed and not left unattended,
available to those who can't manage them; the
same goes for the tools used to remove packa-
ging, installation or maintenance (scissors,
screwdrivers, pliers etc).
It is advisable to keep the packaging in order to ensure the
protection of the product during any subsequent transport.
If the product must be shipped for service or other reasons,
proper packaging is essential:
• disconnect the power cable;
• store the product in its original packaging, if possible,
otherwise make sure to use proper packaging.
When shipped, boxes are often subject to shocks and mistre-
atment, so if packaging isn't sturdy enough (ie. non-original
packaging) it might irreparabely damage the home trainer.
Such damages are not covered by the warranty conditions.
Before sending the home trainer or any of its
components to customer service please con-
sult the Manufacturer or your local retailer.
Any non-planned shipments might be refused.
