Sprocket cassette installation (Pic. 4)
The sprocket cassette does not come with the
product. The customer must purchase a spro-
cket cassette that's compatible with the
bicycle transmission, with the same gear type
and number to the one onstalled on the rear
wheel of the bicycle.
• Assemble the sprocket cassette M on the freehub body Q
by aligning the grooved profiles.
Usually you need 2 spacers B for the 9-speed cassette,1
spacer for the 10-speed cassette and no spacer for the 11/12
speed cassette. Depending on the cassette brand you're
usong there might be differences to what's mentioned above,
if you have any doubts please check the number of spacers
you need with the Manufacturer of the sprocket cassette.
By suing a torque wrench with theextractor O tighten the lo-
cking sleeve N supplied with the sprocket set to the freehub
body with the proper tightening torque.

Make sure you carefully follow the assembly
instructions supplied by the Manufacturer for
the sprocket cassette, any other spacers and
tightening torque levels.
If the cassette has been installed on the home
trainer and you need to remove the freehub:
use the dedicated ROTATING RIGHT NUT
TOOL KIT that you can purchase on www.sho-
pelite-it.com.
If you have any doubt or can't assemble the
sprocket cassette please contact the Manufac-
turer or retailer.
The warranty does not cover any damages to
the bicycle and/or home trainer if the assembly
hasn't been properly conducted.
Fixing the bicycle/home trainer with quick rele-
ase (Pic. 5)
• If need be, loosen the rear brake of the bicycle.
• Place the chain on the smaller sprocket and chainring.
• Remove the rear wheel.
• On bicycles with 130-135mm (5,1-5,3 inches) chainstay,
install the right adapter D and the left adapter E on the home
trainer.
• Insert the quick release H and thechainstay adapter C in
the axle slot of the home trainer sprocket set.
• Position the biccycle by inserting the chain in the smallest
sprocket.
• Insert completely the rear chainstay forks on the edge of
the axle of the home trainer sprocket set (pic. 6), making sure
that you place the chainstay adapter C properly depending
on the width of your bicycle chainstay
- External chainstay adapter C for bikes with 130mm chain-
stay.
- Internal chainstay adapter C for bikes with 135mm chain-
stay.
The knurled side of the chainstay adapter C
must be facing the chainstay forks.
• Secure the bicycle to the home trainer by clamping the quick
release H with a adequate tightening torque to ensure it's pro-
perly secured. The pressure obtained must allow all forks to
remain locked onto the home trainer structure.
Make sure you've properly secured the bicycle to the home
trainer. Should it not be properly fastened to the home trainer,
adjust the quick release H to exert greater strength.
Fastening the bicycle/home trainer with thru-
axle (pic. 7)
• On bicycles featuring ø12 mm (ø 0.47 inch) thru-axle and
142 mm (5,6 inch) chainstay insert the left adapter G and
tighten theright adapter F.
• Loosen the rear brake of the bicycle if need be.
• Place the chain over the smaller sprocket and chainring.
• Remove the thru-axle P from the rear wheel.
• Remove the rear wheel.
• Position the bicycle by inserting the chain on the smallest
sprocket.
• Align the hole on the forks of the rear chainstay, at the
edges of the axle of the home trainer sprocket set; Get so-
meone to help you should you encounter any issue.
• Insert the thru-axle in the forks and axle hole (Pic. 8);
• Secure the bicycle to the home trainer by tightening the
thru-axle P. The result must allow to maintain locked on the
forks of the rear chainstay to the home trainer structure.
We suggest tightening slowly, carefully fol-
lowing the instructions of the bicycle Manufac-
turer.
• Make sure the bicycle is properly fastened to the home
trainer. Should it not be properly fastened, check on the
tightening of the thru-axle.
You can now start pedalling. We suggest pedalling slowly
and gradually at first, so you can learn how to use the pro-
duct.
If you wish for more stability and a better alignment of the
bicycle we suggest using the provided Riser block to be pla-
ced under the front wheel.

Removing the bicycle

• Place the bicycle chain on the smallest sprocket of the
home trainer sprocket cassette and the front chainring of the
bicycle.
• Unfold the quick release H (alternatively, untighten and re-
move the thru-axle P) and remove the bicycle from the home
trainer.
