Before any maintenance or cleaning operation,
stop using the home trainer, disconnect it from
the power source and wait at least 20 minutes
so the brake cools down.
• Wipe it with a cloth after every workout to prevent the de-
posit of dust or sweat;
• Do not conduct any cleaning operation on the bicycle or
chain when the bicycle is on the home trainer as the deter-
gents might irreparably damage the bearings or other internal

• It is possible that after many workouts or after particularly
intense ones the tension of the transmission belt decreases,
this would translate to some skipping;
Belt tensioning must be conducted only with
approval from the Manufacturer.
EU product disposal
This product complies with the EU 2002/95/CE and 2003/108/
CE regulations.
The waste bin symbol on the product or its
packaging indicates that the product must be
collected separately from other waste.
The customer will therefore have to dispose of the
product, at the end of its life cycle, in the proper separate
waste collection areas for the disposal of electronic objects or
give it back to the retailer when purchasing a new equivalent
product with a 1 to 1 ratio.
Proper separate waste collection saves the environment we
live in, its public health and allows for the recycling/ of the
materials it's made of.
