• Smart Grid signal:
The Smart Grid is an intelligent electrical network that can be used to optimise electricity distribution and
consumption in real time. Our product is certified with the SG Ready label.
Without a Smart Grid signal, the system is authorised to operate on one of the following two settings:
- as required
- during programmed time slots only
Depending on the Smart Grid signals received, the system is forced to start heating or is prohibited from
heating, as described below:
- Receiving a signal on I1: the water heater operates up to a setpoint of 62 °C only with the heat pump.
- Receiving a signal on I2: heating is prohibited to smooth out consumption on the network.
- Receiving a signal on I1 and I2: the water heater operates up to a setpoint of 62 °C with the heat pump and
the electric heating element.
