5. Clean the Piston with dedicated food-approved detergent
h) Remove the refrigerating compartment guard (9) and the stirrer (7).

Clean the refrigerating compartment guard parts with a dedicated food-approved detergent.
j)
Use the brush or cloth to clean the hopper, cylinder, beater, inlet regulator, cover of hopper, discharge
door with detergent, then wash it again. After cleaning, soak them with sterilization, then wash them
again.
k) Put the edible lubricate oil on the silicone seal rings of piston (showing as below picture).

CAUTION! The temperature of water or the dedicated food-approved detergent shall not be more than
40°C. Otherwise there will be a risk of appliance failure.
m) NOTICE! Ensure the silicon seal rings are well placed during installation.
n) With the parts dry, coat the sliding surfaces of the stems using a dedicated food-approved lubricant (see
INSTALLING THE APPLIANCE, item C).
o) Reassemble the appliance. When done, the appliance can be operated again.
