8.3 DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING THE BURNER
8.3.1 Disassembly
- Turn off the gas.
- Open the door and remove the wood set.
- Unscrew the 5 screws from the wire gauze.
- Disconnect
- Remove the bolts that hold the pilot unit in place.
- The burner can now be removed by lifting it up and out.
Note! A sharp or heavy object can damage the burner unit.

8.3.2 Assembly
Perform the steps above in the reverse order. Be sure that the rubber
ring is properly seated on the burner.
8.4 DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY OF THE PILOT UNIT

8.4.1 Disassembly
- Turn off the gas.
- Disconnect the pilot gas supply from the pilot unit.
- Remove the spark cable from the pilot unit.
Disconnect the thermocouple
• Remove the screws that hold the pilot unit in position.
- The pilot unit can now be removed.
Be careful not to damagethe rubber vent tulle with the thermocouple
cable.
8.4.2 Assembly
Performthe Stepsabove in reverseorder. The pilot unit can only be
replaced by the type specified by FABERBV.
