7. 5. 4 Einführen des Stand Alone Trokar
Den Trokar mit montiertem Ventil und eingeführtem
Obturator unter optischer Kontrolle durch eine
Inzissur in das Abdomen einführen. Hierbei können
die am Schaft anliegenden Finger gezielt zur
Beschränkung der Einführtiefe als Begrenzung
eingesetzt werden (siehe Abb. 26).
Beim Entfernen des Obturators minimiert das
Ventil eine potentielle Gasleckage (siehe Abb. 27).

3 WARNUNG: Verletzungsgefahr! Die
Verwendung spitzer oder scharfkantiger
Obturatoren kann zu Gewebeverletzungen
führen. Obturatoren deshalb nur unter
visueller Kontrolle hantieren, einführen
oder entfernen.

7. 5. 4 Inserting the stand-alone trocar

Insert the trocar with assembled valve and
obturator through an incision into the abdomen
under visual control. Here the finger on the sheath
can be used specifically to limit the insertion depth
(see Fig. 26).
When removing the obturator, the valve minimizes
a potential gas leakage (see Fig. 27).
Refer to the following pages 31 to 39 for details
on installation of the assembly and application of
the system.
3 WARNING: Risk of injury! The use of
pointed or sharp-edged obturators can
result in tissue damage. For this reason,
only handle, insert or remove obturators
under visual control.
