Verwendung des Trokar als „Stand
Alone Schaft" mit Instrumenten zur
Nachpräparation
Der Trokar ist in seiner Position am Abdomen mit
der Hand zu fixieren (siehe Abb. 52).
Die Baugruppe Motor/Messer/Handgriff ist
durch axiales Ziehen vom Trokar zu lösen
(siehe Abb. 53).

WARNUNG: Verletzungsgefahr!
Scharfkantiges Schneiderohr. Kann auch

in nicht aktiviertem Zustand zu
Gewebeverletzungen führen. Schneiderohr
deshalb nur unter visueller Kontrolle
hantieren, einführen oder entfernen.
Danach ist am Ventil des Trokars die Dichtung
zu fixieren (siehe Abb. 54). Die Dichtung ist in
Abhängigkeit des verwendeten Instrumenten-
Durchmessers mit einem Skalpell, mittig, entlang
der Perforationslinie zu eröffnen (siehe Seite 36).
Das Instrument wird durch die Dichtung axial in

den Trokar eingeführt (siehe Abb. 55).

HINWEIS: Es wird empfohlen ein Instrument
mit einem Schaftdurchmesser von 10 mm
mit dem Ventil 11 mm (rot) und einem
Schaftdurchmesser von 14 mm mit dem
Ventil 15 mm (schwarz) zu verwenden
(Tenaculum-Fasszange). Bei Verwendung
kleinerer Durchmesser ist in Abhängigkeit
der Eröffnung der Dichtung mit einer
erhöhten Gas-Leckage zu rechnen.
Die Dichtung zur Montage an das Ventil zum

Using the trocar as a stand-alone sheath with
instruments for subsequent preparation
The trocar is to be fixed into place on the
abdomen by hand (see Fig. 52).
The motor/cutter/handle assembly is to be released
from the trocar by pulling axially (see Fig. 53).

WARNING: Risk of injury! Sharp-edged
cutting tube. Can cause injury to tissue
even in unactivated state. For this reason,
only handle, insert or remove the cutting
tube under visual control.
The seal is then to be fixed to the valve on the
trocar (see Fig. 54). Depending on the diameter
of the instrument used, the seal is to be opened
using a scalpel in the center along the perforation
line (see page 36).
The instrument is inserted axially through the seal
into the trocar (see Fig. 55).

instrument with a sheath diameter of 10 mm
with the valve with 11 mm dia. (red) and a
sheath diameter of 14 mm with the valve
with 15 mm dia. (black) (tenaculum forceps).
When using smaller diameters, depending
on the opening of the seal, greater gas
leakages are to be expected.
The seal for assembly on the valve for the stand-
alone trocar is identical with the seal for the
handle.
