Einführen der Trokar-Baugruppe
Die Trokar-Baugruppe (mit montiertem Ventil und
eingeführtem Obturator) unter optischer Kontrolle
durch eine Inzissur in das Abdomen einführen
(siehe Kapitel 7.5.4; siehe Abb. 35).
Hierzu ist während des Einführens der Obturator
axial zum Ventil durch Druck auf den Obturator-
Kopf in Position zu halten.
Eine Begrenzung der Einführtiefe des intra-
abdominalen Trokar-Anteils kann durch eine

entsprechend am Trokar-Schaft positionierte
Fingerstellung unterstützt werden (siehe Abb. 35).
Beim anschließenden Entfernen des Obturators
minimiert das Ventil eine potentielle Gas-Leckage
(siehe Abb. 36).
3 WARNUNG: Verletzungsgefahr! Die
Verwendung spitzer oder scharfkantiger
Obturatoren kann zu Gewebeverletzungen
führen. Obturatoren deshalb nur unter
visueller Kontrolle hantieren, einführen
oder entfernen.

Inserting the trocar assembly
Insert the trocar assembly (with assembled valve
and inserted obturator) through an incision into the
abdomen under visual control (see section 7.5.4;
see Fig. 35).
During insertion, the obturator is to be kept in
position axially to the valve by applying pressure to
the obturator head.
The insertion depth of the intra-abdominal trocar
section can be restricted by positioning the finger
accordingly on the trocar sheath (see Fig. 35).
When subsequently removing the obturator, the
valve minimizes a potential gas leakage (see Fig. 36).
3 WARNING: Risk of injury! The use of
pointed or sharp-edged obturators can
result in tissue damage. For this reason,
only handle, insert or remove obturators
under visual control.
