Setting air volumes
The setting of the air valve is controlled
using an electric motor actuator. The
values shown in the above table can be
set on the relevant control cams.
– Control cam level 1 (1)
– Control cam level 2 (2)
The setting of the control cams is
carried out manually with the dumb-bell
shaft (3) held with an SW 10 fork
wrench. The air valve setting is read
from the scale (4).

Head setting
Through turning the control spindle (5),
the gas head is pushed into the flame
pipe. Dimension A given in the above
table can be read from or measured
against the scale (6).

Setting the mixture device
The data for presetting the mixture
device shorten and simplify the burner
setting. The burner must be set exactly
for operation, taking into account the
combustion results. The setting
recommendations apply for a furnace
pressure of ± 0 mbar.
Check the above setting values
carefully anyway. Site-dependent
corrections might be required.
