Gas supply
· Lay the gas line to the burner so that
it is as short as possible and there is
the least possible loss of pressure.
· Remove particles of dirt and
impurities from the junction points
before assembly.
· Only seal the connection points with
DVGW-tested sealing materials.

· A ball valve (4) should be fitted into
the gas feed line when installing at
the customer just before the burner
and a thermally triggered safety
shut-off valve (3) at sufficient nominal
width.
· Insert a screwed pipe joint into the
internal screw thread of the gas
compact unit and connect the gas line
to it.
· A leak test of the junction points
should be performed. Only
DVGW-tested, leak control agents
should be used.
Electrical connection
Burner – compact unit
· The connection to the compact unit is
via two connector plugs pre-wired to
the burner strip terminal.
· Connect plugs A and B (1 + 2) to the
relevant appliance inlets of the gas
compact unit and secure using the
screws.
Electrical connection
Burner – Heat generator
· Check whether the power supply
conforms to the set operating voltage
of 230 V, 50 Hz.
· Bear in mind the earth and the local
regulations of the electricity supply
companies.
· Set up an electrical plug connection
according to DIN 4791 between the
burner and heat generator (furnace).
· Burner fuse: 10A
· Check polarity.

The installation of the TC 106 leak
control device, which is available as
an accessory, is recommended for
continuous automatic leak control of
the valves. During assembly the
instructions enclosed with the
device should be followed.
