Maintenance
Any service of the furnace and
burner must be carried out by a
qualified technician. In order to
ensure regular performance of
service, recommend that the plant
operator conclude a maintenance
contract.
Note
Shut off the power before maintenance
and cleaning work.
Three versions are provided so that maintenance work can be carried out on individual components( Maintenance targets).

Checking the waste gas temperature
· Check the waste gas temperature
regularly
· Clean the furnace if the waste gas
temperature exceeds the operation
value by more than 30 °C
· Insert waste gas temperature
indication to simplify checking
Version 1
· Shut off current
· Remove the gas compact unit from
the burner
· Release the pressure release lines
from the burner flange and the gas pipe
· Release the fastening screw (1)
· Raise the burner slightly and pull out
of the burner flange (2)
Disassemble flame tube
· Release 4 fastening screws (5)
· Twist and remove flame tube (4)
(bayonet catch)
· Warning: Flame tube may be hot.
