Compact gas train

Assemble gas compact unit
· Insert conical nipple in the connecting
flange (1) and fix to the gas tube
flange using 4 screws.
· Use the enclosed threaded joints for
the gas valve
· During assembly take note of the gas
flow direction (marked on the gas
valve with an arrow)
Assemble pressure take-off tubes
· Remove burner hood
· Connect the ends of the two pressure
release lines (2 + 3) to the compact
unit connecting nipples p

and tighten the spigot nuts.
· Attach lines with gradient to the
graduated tubes (p

)

black pressure take-off tube for

· Adjust the length of the pressure
take-off tubes. Pressure take-off tube

for fan pressure should be as

short as possible, so that the control
unit can react quickly enough upon
charge alteration.
· Attach the free end of pressure
take-off tube p
to the threaded joint

· Attach the free end of the pressure
