The PROGRAM AE

mode only.
+ The PROGRAM AE modes enable you to adapt the shutter speed and
aperture to the type of scene to be shot. They give you creative control
over the depth of field.
+ There are 6 automatic exposure modes.
a. AUTO mode
m Auto balancing between the subject and the background.
m To be used in normal conditions.
@ The shutter speed automatically varies from 1/50 to 1/250 second,
depending on the scene.
b. SPORTS mode ({&))
w For shooting people or objects moving quickly; you will be able to
play back the picture in slow motion on an 8 mm VCR or stop
on a given image with very little blur.
C. PORTRAIT mode { &))
m For focusing on the foreground subject, the background being out of focus.
The PORTRAIT made is most effective when used outdoors.
a The shutter speed automatically varies from 1/50 to 1/1000 second,
depending on to the scene.
d. SPOTLIGHT mode ( @)
To shoot correctly when there is only light on the subject and
not the rest of the scene.
The shutter speed is 1/50 second.
e. SAND/SNOW mode (@)
@ For shooting when the people or objects are darker than the background
because of reflected light from sand or snow.
w The shutter speed automatically varies from 1/50 to 1/250 second,
depending on the scene.
f. HSS (High Speed Shutter) mode (@))
m For shooting fast-moving subjects such as the players in golf or
tennis games.
m The shutter speed is fixed to 1/10,000 second.

. Press the MENU/ENTER button again.

. Rotate the MENU Dial to change the PROGRAM AE mode.
. Press the MENU/ENTER button again.
mt A PROGRAM AE mode you had selected is displayed.
. lf you want to finish the PROGRAM AE setting:
m Rotate the MENU Dial so as io place the cursor over EXIT,
a Press the MENU/ENTER button again. The MENU OSD is turned off,

+ Die Belichtungsprogramme stehen nur im Aufnahmemodus CAMERA zur Vertiigung.
+ Durch die Auswaht des Belichtungsprogramms k6nnen Sie Belichtungszeit und
Blendendffnung an die Aufnahme-szene anpassen. AuBerdem kénnen Sie mit
dem Belichtungsprogramm die Tiefenscharfe bestimmen.,
+ Sechs Belichtungsprogramme stehen zur Auswahl.
a. Belichtungsprogramm AUTO
m Automatischer Abgleich zwischen Motiv und Hintergrund.
g Fir normale Aufnahmebedingungen.
w Die Belichtungszeit liegt je nach Szene zwischen 1/50 und 1/250 Sekunde,
b. Belichtungsprogramm SPORTS ( (&)
® Zum Filmen von Personen oder Objekten in schneller Bewegung, Wenn Sie
die Aufnahme mit einem Video-recorder in Zeitlupe wiedergeben oder ein
Standbild anzeigen, enthalt das Wiedergabebild nur wenig Unscharfe.
c. Belichtungsprogramm PORTRAIT ( (3)
a Das Motiv im Vordergrund wird scharf abgebildet, der Hintergrund ist unscharf.
Dieses Belichtungsprogramm eignet sich am besten ftir AuBenaufnahmen.
um Die Belichtungszeit liegt je nach Szene zwischen 1/50 und 1/1000 Sekunde.
d, Belichtungsprogramm SPOTLIGHT ({@))
a Dieses Belichtungsprogramm gleicht starke Beleuchtung eines Objelts bei
unbeleuchteter Umgebung aus.
uw Die Belichtungszeit liegt bei 1/50 Sekunde.
e. Belichtungspragramm SAND/SNOW (()
= Zum Filmen von Personen oder anderen Motiven, die aufgrund von
Lichtreflexionen am Meer oder in Ski gebieten dunkler sind als der Hintergrur
m Die Belichtungszeit liegt je nach Szene zwischen 1/50 und 1/250 Sekunde.
1. Belichtungsprogramm HSS (High Speed Shutter;
= Zum Filmen von Personen oder Objekten in sehr schneller Bewegung {z. B.
Goif-, Tennisspieler).

® Die Belichtungszeit ist fest eingestellt auf 1/10 000 Sekunde.
w In manchen Fallen ist es notwending, die Szene zu beleuchten.

. Schalten Sie den Camcorder in den Aufnahme-
(siehe Seite 17).
. Driicken Sie die Taste MENU/ENTER.
. Drehen Sie das Einstellrad MENU, bis die Option PROGRAM AE marktert ist.
. Driicken Sie ereut die Taste MENU/ENTER.
Die Belichtungsprogramm-Auswahl wird angezeigt.
- Drehen Sie das Einstellrad MENU, bis das gewtinschte Belichtungsprogramm
markiert ist,
. Driicken Sie nochmals die Taste MENU/ENTER.
m Das Symbol des gewahiten Belichtungsprogramms wird in der ersten
Meniizeile angezeigt.
. Wenn Sie die Einsteliung des Belichtungsprogramms abschliefen mochten:
m Drehen Sie das Einstellrad MENU, bis die Option EXIT (Beenden) markiert ist.
m Driicken Sie die Taste MENU/ENTER. Das Einstellmenii wird
ausgeblendet.
