Montagem do coletor horizontal
Montagem dos coletores
Introduza o coletor (2) no tubo de escape horizontal (H) até ao
fundo.
Insira a junta de vedação de escape (H2) nos prisioneiros da
cabeça horizontal e monte o tubo de escape horizontal (H),
atarraxando sem apertar as porcas originais (H1).
Fixe o coletor (2) ao tubo (H) montando a mola (4) com um
esticador de molas disponível no comércio, como o indicado na
figura (X).
Introduza a braçadeira original (M) no tubo de escape vertical (P).
Lubrifique o bocal (2A) do coletor 2 em 1 (2).
Introduza o coletor (2) no tubo de escape vertical (P) até ao fundo.
Atuando no lado esquerdo da moto, encoste o parafuso original
(E4) para fixar o coletor (2) à placa porta-patim esquerda (B).
Atuando no lado direito da moto, encoste o parafuso original (E1)
para fixar o coletor (2) ao subchassi traseiro direito (Q).

Manifold assembly
Fit manifold (2) fully home on horizontal exhaust pipe (H).
Fit exhaust gasket (H2) to horizontal head stud bolts and fit
horizontal exhaust pipe (H) by screwing no.3 original nuts (H1)
without tightening them.
Secure manifold (2) to pipe (H) fitting spring (4) using a spring
stretcher available on the market, as shown in figure (X).
Fit original clamp (M) on vertical exhaust pipe (P).
Lubricate the opening (2A) of the 2 into 1 manifold (2).
Fit manifold (2) fully home in vertical exhaust pipe (P).
Working on vehicle LH side, start the original screw (E4) to fasten
manifold (2) to LH footpeg holder plate (B).
Working on vehicle RH side, start the original screw (E1) to fasten
manifold (2) to RH rear subframe (Q).
