Prerequisites:
n The electric gear unit and/or motor (if available) are secured
against restarting.
n Linear units to be connected must be fixed in the substrate.
1. Place the screw-in hubs (Fig. 25/2) on the timing belt shafts
(Fig. 25/1) of both linear units.
2. Tighten 4 screws each (Fig. 25/3), alternating diagonally:

3. Insert gear rings (Fig. 25/4) into the screw-in hubs.
4. Place the clamping hubs (Fig. 26/2) on both sides of the steel
tube (Fig. 26/3).
Do not fix the clamping hubs to the steel tube
yet.
5. Place the steel tube (Fig. 26/3) with the loose clamping hubs
between the screw-in hubs of both linear units.
6. Slide clamping hubs (Fig. 26/2) into the screw-in hubs
(Fig. 26/1).
Ensure that the clamping hubs on the steel
tube engage correctly in the screw-in hubs
on the linear units.
7. Tighten the screw (Fig. 26/4) on each clamping hub.
