Prerequisite:
n The electric gear unit and/or motor (if available) are secured
against restarting.
1. Place the coupling's screw-in hub (Fig. 20/2) on the timing
belt shaft (Fig. 20/1).
2. Tighten 4 screws (Fig. 20/3) alternating diagonally.

3. Insert the gear ring (Fig. 20/4) into the screw-in hub
(Fig. 20/2).
4. Slide the coupling's clamping hub (Fig. 21/2) onto the motor's
motor shaft (Fig. 21/3).
5. Tighten the screw (Fig. 21/1) on the clamping hub:

The following applies to the RK Mono-
Line Z 40:
Before the coupling housing is assembled,
the centring ring is inserted into the pulley
box.
Place the coupling housing (Fig. 22/2) on the pulley box
(Fig. 22/1).
