Prerequisite:
n The substrate must be prepared for the linear unit being fixed
to it.
1. Insert slot stones (Fig. 17/1) into the slot(s) on the underside
of the guide profile (Fig. 17/2).
When assembling an RK MonoLine R linear
unit, the end plates (sizes: 40 x 40, 60 x 60,
80 x 80, 120 x 120) or the cover caps (sizes:
80 x 120, 80 x 160) have to be removed
as necessary before the slot stones can be
inserted at the side.
When assembling an RK MonoLine Z/RK
MonoLine Z
(sizes: 80 x 120, 80 x 160) have to be
removed as necessary before the slot stones
can be inserted at the side.
Depending on the length and size of the linear
unit, 2 or more slot stones must be inserted on the
underside of the guide profile.

2. Ensure that a distance of 300 mm between the slot stones
(Fig. 18/1) is not exceeded at maximum load.
