5.4.1 Assembling the motor

NOTICE!
The slot stones have a limited screw-in depth!
– Adjust the size and length of the screws to the
slot stones used.
– Never screw the screws in as far as the bottom
of the slot stone(s).
3. Carefully tighten the screw for every slot stone:

60, 80, 120 M8
ð The linear unit is installed on the substrate.
NOTICE!
Limited screw-in depths in the pulley boxes!
– When using optional modules from other man-
ufacturers, adhere to the maximum screw-in
depth in the pulley boxes (Fig. 19/1):
– RK MonoLine Z 40: 10 mm
– RK MonoLine Z 60/80: 14 mm
– RK MonoLine Z 80
– Adjust the size and length of the screws to the
pulley boxes being used.
