Transport and transport damage

WARNING!
The equipment might be damaged if the transport
safety devices are missing!
The transport safety device (1) must be fitted to the pump if
the massage unit has to be transported with the pump
installed.
Please inform the owner if you discover any transport damage when unpack-
ing and installing the unit.
Please take note of the following information, so that any damage can be
taken care of quickly and without any complications arising:
 Any recognisable damage must be reported in writing within a period of
4 working days – this includes the delivery date and being received by
the transport company – to the transport company that delivered the
shipment.
 The resulting damage must be made good by the transport company that
delivered the shipment as, according to the general terms and conditions
of the transport company, the transport risk is assumed by the person
who ordered the equipment. Naturally, we will fully support you in assert-
ing your justifiable claim.
