Information for the operator

2.1

Intended use

The Wellsystem Spa device described here is an accessory which can be
retrofitted on Wellsystem dry water massage devices.
The device provides cosmetic stimulation of the skin by means of red light
(photo-bio-stimulation). More detailed information can also be found on
page 18.
Some people are not permitted to use the device, see page 19.
The device may not be used by people with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or who have insufficient experience and/or knowledge
without supervision. A person responsible for their safety must ensure, either
by supervision or instruction, that the device is used correctly and safely. If
there is any doubt, use of the device by such categories of persons is to be
forbidden!
The device may only be operated with the specified or equivalent lamps.
Any other use shall be considered improper. The manufacturer cannot be
held liable for damage or injuries resulting from this. The operator bears the
sole risk for this.
Proper use also includes compliance with the manufacturer's instructions and
its operating and maintenance conditions. The device may only be operated,
maintained and repaired by persons familiar with these tasks and who have
been informed of the dangers involved.

Foreseeable misuse

The following uses of the device are explicitly prohibited:
The device is only to be used by one person at a time.
The device may only be operated with a dry water massage device. Use
with an underwater massage device is prohibited.

Operator's obligations

As the operator you are responsible for providing clear operating, cleaning
and maintenance instructions and ensuring the intended use and the proper
operation of the device by means of training and instruction for the personnel.
Your operating instructions must enable the safe use and safe operation of
the device and take into account the characteristics and expertise of your
company and also the national work safety and environmental protection
regulations. Within the EU the EU directive 89/391/EEC (in Germany the
Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (BetrSichV)).
