After completing the device's electrical connections, carry out the following checks:
Device status and specifications
Is the device or cable damaged (visual inspection)?
Electrical connection
Does the supply voltage match the information on the nameplate?
Do the cables used meet the relevant specifications?
Are the mounted cables relieved of tension?
